Not long after the Maryland Senate joined the Maryland House in passing a bill that would legalize same-sex marriage in that state, opponents have already drafted language for a referendum petition that would put the measure up to vote this November.

The process is started and really the goal is to make sure the citizens of Maryland can vote on this very important bill…
